By accessing or using mismoi.com and any services provided by Mismoi (operated by Vuper LLC), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Mismoi provides AI automation and marketing services for businesses, including but not limited to: client reactivation systems, SMS and email automation, review generation, appointment booking, and CRM management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements with each client.

SMS Consent and Communications

• By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Mismoi or our clients at the phone number you provided.
• Message frequency varies based on the service.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon signing. Refunds are provided only as specified in the service guarantee within your agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on mismoi.com, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Vuper LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Automation systems built for clients become the client's property upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

Mismoi and Vuper LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results, including revenue or lead generation numbers, unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement with a guarantee clause.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio, Google). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
